Products and prices
Prices are displayed in USD. Review the selected colour, product dimensions, materials, quantities and total before submitting a purchase request. Screen settings can affect colour appearance.
Payment authorization and order acceptance
When submitting a payment request, you authorize payment of the displayed total through the available payment method. A submitted request does not itself establish that payment has completed or that an order has been accepted. Payment and order confirmations, when issued, reflect the applicable transaction result and order acceptance.
Delivery
We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories or APO, FPO or DPO addresses. Handling time is 1–2 business days. Transit time after dispatch is an estimated 3–4 business days. The estimated combined handling and transit time is 4–6 business days, not a delivery guarantee. The daily order cutoff is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed at UTC−06:00 throughout the year, without daylight saving changes. Orders placed before the cutoff use that business day as the handling start date. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on holidays use the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Shipping is $0.00. Tax charged at checkout is $0.00; this does not mean the products are legally tax-exempt. Returns and refunds
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the bag must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. No restocking fee applies. Before returning an item, contact [email protected] with your order number and reason. Request return authorization and confirm the return instructions. The return address is 33 Impasse Patoche, Les Granges, 24350 La Chapelle-Gonaguet, France. Returns are sent to France. If we made an error, or your item arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping. Contact us with the issue and any helpful photographs so we can arrange the appropriate resolution. The unused and original-condition requirements for ordinary returns do not prevent you from reporting damage, defects or an incorrect item. For a change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs to France. Once a refund is approved, the funds will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days.
